ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of four. I bring over 24 years of experience with State Farm, including time as an agent, in leadership, and now back into agency ownership. That experience has helped shape a strong, well-rounded approach to building a successful and supportive office.

I’m a graduate of the University of Maryland and a proud parent of three. Family is incredibly important to me, and outside of work I enjoy skiing and spending time with my kids. I stay actively involved in the community by serving on local boards, including organizations that support the homeless and the Latin American community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Winter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
