ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a strong team of nine. I’ve been with State Farm since 2018, including time as a team member, and previously worked as a General Manager for a startup mobile car wash company.
I’m a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, married with a toddler son, and have a dog named Brooks who occasionally joins us in the office. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, traveling, cooking, and volunteering. As a longtime Tulsa resident, I’m proud to serve and stay connected to our local community.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Austin Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
