ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I've been a State Farm agent for 16 years and currently lead a team of eight across two offices. With more than 27 years of experience at State Farm, I've built my career around developing great teams and helping customers protect what matters most. I studied Economics at St. Cloud State University and have served on several local nonprofit boards throughout my career.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
