St. Thrse North Catholic Church is seeking a full-time Account Clerk/Bookkeeper to serve our parish and school community. This position is more than administrative in nature; it is a ministry of service that supports the mission of the Catholic Church through responsible financial stewardship and compassionate human resource practices.
The Account Clerk/Bookkeeper manages financial records, payroll, and human resources functions with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. This role assists the Director of Operations in ensuring compliance with diocesan policies as well as state and federal regulations, while fostering a welcoming, faith-centered workplace rooted in transparency and care for all employees.
