Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer portal daily for incoming work, accept and print work requests for a high workload division.
  • Record pertinent work request information in job tracking spreadsheet.
  • Receive completed work from crews and document completion information on job tracking spreadsheet as well as exceptions and additional work required for completion.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all special billing activities for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
  • Assign billing units to job documentation according to the field repair descriptions.
  • Serve as the primary person for billing activity in customer portals, ensuring accurate and compliant invoice submission will all required details.
  • Ensuring invoices are submitted through the correct portal channels in the required formats and within customer-defined deadlines.
  • Recognize billing errors and proactively address before they impact invoice accuracy or disapproved billing.
  • Monitor billing in customer portal to ensure payment processed.
  • Address any unpaid receivables.
  • Other support tasks to ensure team success.

Qualifications – Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial/operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer billing portals and invoicing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy in data entry and invoice processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday.
  • In-office.
  • Overtime as needed.
