Our company is searching for a passionate and enthusiastic professional to join our team in a Account/Collections Representative position. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring delinquent accounts, resolving payment issues and entering account data into the system. An individual with a background in customer service and great attention to detail will excel in this position, and we are looking for candidates who are able to communicate clearly, professionally and respectfully with customers and management.


Responsibilities:

• Collect money from delinquent accounts.
• Call customers to remind them when their payments are due.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Deal with insurance companies and claims
• Vehicle title work

Account/Collections Representatives deal directly with our customers on a day-to-day basis. You can expect to test your phone skills during a significant workload throughout the week. You will learn a broad range of skills from customer relationship, dealing with insurance claims, and doing vehicle title work. You’ll regularly have a sense of satisfaction knowing you helped get someone through a difficult time, making every day at work enjoyable.
