The Account Contact Representative (ACR) serves as our agency's first point of proactive outreach to both prospective and existing clients. This role is responsible for generating opportunities through outbound contact efforts, strengthening client relationships, and supporting agency growth through consistent execution of our marketing and client communication strategies.


This is not a high-pressure sales role. Instead, it is a relationship-building position focused on creating meaningful conversations that lead to appointments, policy reviews, referrals, and new business opportunities.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

New Lead Acquisition

Contact new leads through phone, text, email, and other approved communication channels.

Build rapport and establish positive first impressions.

Gather basic information and identify insurance needs.

Schedule appointments for Account Executives.

Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet made a buying decision.

Maintain accurate records of all communications.

Existing Client Marketing Matrix

Execute agency marketing campaigns and communication plans.

Contact clients for:

  • Policy reviews
  • Life insurance conversations
  • Cross-selling opportunities
  • Referral requests
  • Birthday and anniversary outreach
  • Renewal check-ins
  • Agency events and promotions

Strengthen client relationships through consistent, meaningful touchpoints.

Database Management

  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information.
  • Update CRM notes and activity records.
  • Track outreach efforts and results.
  • Assist in keeping marketing lists current and organized.
