    Description

    Account Coordinator is the vital front line of a sales team. Their primary objective is to identify, qualify, and acquire new potential customers (leads), funneling viable prospects into the sales pipeline for closing representatives to pursue. [1, 2]

    Key Responsibilities

    Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn).

    • Lead Qualification: Research potential clients and evaluate them based on budget, need, authority, and timeline to determine viability.

    • Lead Nurturing: Engage with early-stage prospects to build rapport, answer preliminary questions, and spark interest.

    • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or consultations between qualified leads and Account Executives.

    • CRM Management: Document interaction history, update prospect data, and score leads in CRM software

    • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development.

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with persuasive, confident phone etiquette.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern CRM platforms and B2B research tools.

    • Resilience: Self-starter mindset motivated by meeting daily/weekly lead goals Performance Metrics & KPIs


    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or construction-related roles

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Proficiency with email, CRM systems, and office tools

    • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-focused role
