Description

At ELEMIS, people are at the heart of everything we do. Founded in 1989, we are a global British luxury skincare brand and proud B Corp, known for our award‑winning formulas that blend nature’s finest botanicals with cutting‑edge scientific innovation. With a strong presence across the US and UK and a growing international footprint, we are committed to delivering elevated, personalized skincare experiences.

We are looking for a passionate, relationship‑driven Account Coordinator to join our US team in the Colorado region. In this role, you will play a key part in achieving annual sales targets by strengthening partnerships with store management, beauty advisors, and retail leadership teams. You will drive performance through impactful education, motivating frontline teams, and ensuring exceptional in‑store experiences that champion the ELEMIS brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales performance to achieve annual and monthly targets, using data, coaching, and strong retail partnerships to maximize results.
  • Build, nurture, and strengthen long‑term relationships with key retail partners (store leadership, beauty advisors, district teams) to unlock sales opportunities and elevate collaboration.
  • Foster an open, collaborative, and motivating environment that inspires sales teams to perform at their best.
  • Deliver engaging, high‑impact brand education and training sessions tailored to retailer needs—including product knowledge, new launches, and service excellence.
  • Maintain pristine gondolas and merchandising standards, ensuring replenishment, accurate fill levels, and flawless visual execution.
  • Manage monthly business planning and scheduling within the Business Planner tools.
  • Recruit and onboard best‑in‑class freelance talent; provide consistent coaching and educational follow‑up.
  • Share weekly communication with stores regarding sales targets, performance trends, opportunities, and upcoming events/launches.
  • Complete weekly administrative duties, including freelance payroll, scheduling, and managing Sephora/Ulta bookings.
  • Conduct weekly stock reporting to ensure inventory alignment and minimize stock loss.

Who You Are:

  • A strong team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment, and who fosters positivity and inclusion.
  • A great relationship‑builder who naturally develops trust and credibility with retail partners.
  • An excellent communicator who uses clear, professional channels to keep teams aligned and informed.
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented leader who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and drives consistent sales results.
  • An attentive listener able to adapt, delegate, and support others effectively.
  • Someone who demonstrates integrity, follows through on commitments, and takes full accountability.
  • A growth‑minded learner who stays curious and embraces new opportunities.
  • Resilient, motivated, and able to navigate challenges with confidence and composure.
