Account Coordinator - HemaSource

Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact in the healthcare supply chain industry? HemaSource is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting client accounts within the infusion market-ensuring a seamless, responsive, and reliable customer experience.

About the Role:

As an Account Coordinator, you'll partner closely with our Sales team and internal departments to support customer accounts and drive satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. From onboarding new customers to managing day-to-day support needs, your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and anticipate customer needs will be essential to success.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts, providing timely and professional support

  • Deliver basic and advanced user training on our online ordering system

  • Develop training materials, FAQs, and documentation to support inventory management and ordering process

  • Onboard new customers, including ERP setup, license collection, pricing configuration, and staged order creation

  • Create and maintain customized catalogs, item classifications, and pricing quotes

  • Monitor and track shipments and backorders while proactively communication updates to customers 

  • Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Product Lifecycle, and Quality teams regarding communications and product updates

  • Document key customer interactions, escalations, and opportunities within the CRM system

  • Provide administrative sales support and cross-functional initiatives, including trade shows or customer outreach efforts

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP, WMS, or CRM systems is a plus

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and travel up to 20% as needed
