We have an opening for an Account Coordinator in our New Orleans or Nashville office and are seeking someone committed to driving our clients and our agency toward success. Does this sound like you? What you'll do:

The Account Strategy Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and supporting an efficient working environment for the accounts to which they are assigned. The ASC will keep communication channels clear and open among members of the assigned account group, as well as other departments within the agency. The ASC will also monitor the workflow within the Account Team to ensure work in progress is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ASC works under the direction of department leadership to learn strategy, support in presentations and develop account management skills. 

 What we're looking for:

Curious minds combined with a strong work ethic and the desire to work with a team. Strong communication skills required as well as research skills and organizational detail.  The ASC communicates effectively in both a verbal and written manner; regularly proofreading content. Ability to identify the client's needs and effectively communicate them back to both the client, Account Team and agency resources. The ASC maintains direct, timely and appropriate communications with their immediate supervisor and/or Account Strategy Director as well as clients through reports, status updates, etc.

·           Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Access)

·           Strong Interpersonal Communication (written and verbal)

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. One year of previous applicable marketing/agency experience preferred but not required.  The ideal candidate works collaboratively, takes direction very well and has a keen eye for detail.
