SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Account Coordinator for a large, well-known client in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As an Account Coordinator for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: - Shipping & Receiving
- Quality Assurance
- Inventory Control (RF Scanners)

Available shifts include 1st shift.
Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator:- Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments. Accurately document any exceptions to the receipt of product, within 24 hours or before
(damage shortages, overages, etc). - Scan items into inventory control system using RF Scanner. Creates warehouse tags for pallets/cartons/pieces received into the warehouse.
- Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
- Handles the packing list and/or bill of lading for all product received into the warehouse.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.
Required Qualifications of the Account Coordinator: - Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Operations database experience is preferred, as well as previous working experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
- Able to lift items up to 50lbs continuously. Able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
