We are hiring an Account Coordinator to support commercial construction project administration in Olathe, KS. The Account Coordinator serves as the daily liaison between technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep job orders on schedule and on budget. This role suits a detail-oriented professional with 1+ year of administrative or project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities - Account Coordinator
- Manage and update a high volume of job orders with accuracy across multiple active projects.
- Act as the central point of contact between technicians, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries, and service timelines to keep work on track.
- Gather and track quotes, subcontractor bids, and delivery confirmations in shared systems.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and resolve issues before they escalate.
Qualifications - Account Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, project coordination, or account support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple priorities accurately.
Preferred Qualifications - Construction Account Coordinator
- Prior experience in commercial construction, facilities, or service-industry coordination.
- Familiarity with job-order or work-order management systems (e.g., ServiceChannel, Corrigo, FMX, or similar).
- Exposure to subcontractor scheduling, COIs, or vendor onboarding workflows.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and project phases.
- Experience supporting field technicians or operations teams remotely.
Physical Requirements - Account Coordinator
- On-site role at office in Olathe, KS; standard weekday daytime shift.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs (office supplies, files, equipment).
- Visual acuity for screen-based work and frequent phone/email communication.
- No regular travel required.
