Account Coordinator

Overview:

• Manages long-term order releases, timelines, expedites, and purchase orders.
• Processes project specific sales data, progress reports, and other routine sales related records and reports.
• Assists sales staff with order queues.

Typical Functions:

• Operates computer and appropriate software.
• Releases sales orders.
• Creates and submits purchase orders.
• Regularly reviews and updates sales queues.
• Communicates between departments, vendors, manufacturers and customers.
• Maintains a macro and micro overview of long-term projects.
• Answer routine questions about products, services, and order status.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $28.85/hour depending on experience.
