Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, qualify leads, and guide them through the application process. The role includes driving referrals through community organizations and organizing recruitment events. Travel of up to two hours driving distance is required, and there is potential to earn commissions for successful partner conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.

  • Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest and applications.

  • Qualify prospective businesses, guide them through the application process, and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.

  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.

  • Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.

  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably door-to-door.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.

  • Strong sales, account management, and customer service skills.

  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Field sales experience is a plus.

  • Prior experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation with customers.

  • Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.

  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving skills for applicant challenges in the field.

  • Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems and technologies.

  • Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Work Environment

Candidates must reside in or near Montana, specifically in Missoula or Kalispell. This role involves travel up to two hours from the base location. It offers an opportunity to build partnerships in your local community. The role includes benefits such as uncapped commissions, mileage reimbursement at 0.725 cents per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense allowance. The position has the potential for extension up to two years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
