We’re looking for an experiencedAccountDirectorto lead client relationships and oversee the
successful development and execution of large-scale experiential marketing programs. This role will
serve as a strategic partner to clients while guiding internal teams across Creative, Production, and
Strategyto deliver impactful brand activations.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can manage complex programs,
lead cross-functional teams, and build strong client partnerships while navigating the fast-paced
nature of agency work.
What You’ll Do
ClientLeadership
•Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key client relationships
•Lead client meetings, presentations, and program updates
•Manage client reporting, procurement processes, and ongoing communication
•Identify opportunities fororganicaccountgrowthandnewbusiness
ProgramOversight
•Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale experiential programs and brand
activations
•Manage complex projects with budgets of$15M+
•Lead internal kickoff meetings and align teams on scope, timelines, and deliverables
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals
