Position Description

Responsibilities • To lead and manage the Account Director team • To develop and implement digital transformation strategies for clients • To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • To drive business growth and revenue through digital transformation services • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Required Skills • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field • Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field • Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have • Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience with digital transformation platforms and tools • Knowledge of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
