Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator (Waste Management)
? Location: Downtown Tyler, TX
? Pay: $22$35/hour (DOE)
? Schedule: Full-Time | Must be available to start ASAP
We are hiring 57 strong Customer Service / Dispatch professionals to support a rapidly growing waste management operation. This team will play a critical role in coordinating service delivery, managing routes, and ensuring customers and vendors are aligned.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Coordinate service schedules, deliveries, and route logistics
- Contact customers to confirm services and timelines
- Communicate with vendors and contractors to organize services
- Track routes, customer activity, and schedules in Excel and Google Sheets
- Monitor field activity to ensure timely pickups and service completion
- Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to customers
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or call center experience
- Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces (customers, drivers, vendors)
- Confident communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Sales or upselling experience is a strong plus
- Waste management or logistics experience preferred, but not required
