We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team in the US. The is a full-time, remote position. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.
About the role
As an Account Executive focused on our StarShip solution, you will play a key role in driving growth across our Microsoft, SAP B1, Epicor, and ERP ecosystems. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing a structured sales pipeline, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle. This role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in a technically robust product while partnering with customers to deliver seamless shipping and integration solutions.
You will also:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and operational stakeholders, positioning Aptean as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with marketing, solution consultants, and customer success teams to drive pipeline, generate business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively manage qualified pipeline of both outbound and inbound leads
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years of successful B2B software sales experience (ERP, SaaS, or related enterprise solutions preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other related business software preferred
