Account Executive

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a very well-funded AI company (~80 people, founded 2023, valued over $1B) building production-grade AI agents that perform end-to-end accounting work for major firms — structurally complex, high-stakes automation. This is a full-cycle enterprise seat with the chance to help build the GTM function and playbook as the company scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, collaborating with customer success, technical teams, and external integrators. Handle complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Develop business plans to hit quota and cultivate executive relationships for strategic partnerships. As the team scales, establish sales playbooks and best practices, and help build the GTM team through interviewing and mentoring.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 90 days: ramp on the product and accounting buyer, and build a multi-stakeholder pipeline. First year: consistently close complex deals and help codify the repeatable sales motion.

MUST-HAVES

3–8 years in full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales; comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder deals; executive relationship-building.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Fintech, accounting, or ERP-adjacent sales experience; experience helping build a GTM function early.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$110K–$130K base (USD), $220K–$260K OTE, equity. Visa sponsorship considered case-by-case.

LOCATION & WORK MODEL

On-site 5 days/week in New York City (Flatiron).
