The company is hiring for the position of Account Executive to join its commercial sales group. The position is based in Amarillo, TX, but with opportunities to sell state-wide. Working for AMA TechTel:$50,000 - $100,000+ income potential through Base + Uncapped Commission Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Short Term Disability & Optional Life Insurance availableCompany paid Long Term Disability and Basic Life InsuranceAccrued Paid Time OffSales Incentive and Bonus programs401(k) program JOB SUMMARY:Account Executive will sell customized telecommunication services to business clients and is accountable for meeting or exceeding sales goals.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to new and existing accountsPromote and sell AMA's business class Voice, Internet, and Managed ServicesMeet or exceed monthly sales goalsProspect and generate new sales opportunitiesDevelop and maintain strategic accountsGenerate proposals and presentations for potential customersPartner with internal support teams to determine appropriate customer solutionsNegotiates pricing, service level, and contract terms with clientsEnsure product pricing is consistent with pricing structures setCommunicate efficiently with cross functional teamsEnsure customer satisfaction throughout sales cycleUpdate and maintain customer records in sales tracking toolsQualifications:Three years outside sales experienceProficient using Windows-based software applicationsStrong negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skillsStrong people and relationship management skillsAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to analyze accurately with attention to detailAbility to work independently and with othersAbility to comply with all Company safety proceduresAppropriate valid driver's license and driving record within Company standardsPreferred ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredConsultative selling experience preferredBi-lingual/Española
