Our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts across North America. This is a fully remote role with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, partnering with marketing and customer success to deliver value to mid-market and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and handoff to Customer Success
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads
- Run discovery calls and tailored product demos for mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms; close deals to consistently meet or exceed quarterly quota
- Maintain accurate forecasts, account notes, and pipeline data in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and partner with sales engineering on technical evaluations
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience as an Account Executive or similar role
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quota
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers with multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM and sales engagement tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
