We are looking for a dynamic and experienced outside Account Executive to join our B2B sales team. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key business clients, cultivating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth with South East Michigan's small businesses 

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact South Eastern  Michigan business in person and enlist them in the program
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B networking ,cold calling, and other sales tactics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and offer innovative solutions to clients
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maximize revenue potential
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, offering training and mentorship to help them achieve their goals

Qualifications:

-Confident in person B2B presentation Skills 

- Joining and participate with Local Michigan Chambers and Nerworking groups 
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or the desire to learn 
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, 
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
