TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare professional services and analytics organization expanding its national sales team. The firm supports hospitals, health systems, and physician groups by delivering solutions across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Health Information Management (HIM), and Health Information Technology (HIT), helping clients improve operational performance and financial outcomes.
This is a senior, quota-carrying Account Executive role focused on consultative, enterprise-level sales within the healthcare provider space. The position is responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding market presence across assigned territories by engaging executive stakeholders and translating complex healthcare operational challenges into tailored service solutions. The role requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements within RCM, HIM, and HIT environments
Identify, qualify, and close net-new professional services opportunities within assigned territory
Develop and execute territory strategies to generate new client relationships and expand market presence
Engage executive stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and other C-suite leaders
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement and contracting processes
Develop value-based messaging focused on operational efficiency, revenue improvement, and compliance outcomes
Independently manage pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment
Collaborate with internal delivery, analytics, and leadership teams to align solutions to client needs
Apply healthcare industry best practices to identify opportunities in revenue cycle, coding, and health IT optimization
Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking and sales reporting
Meet or exceed annual revenue targets in a quota-carrying environment
5+ years of successful experience selling professional services within healthcare environments (RCM, HIM, HIT, or related services)
Established track record of closing enterprise-level healthcare provider deals
5+ years of experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or physician groups
3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with $2M+ annual targets and consistent performance achievement
Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships and influence executive decision-makers
Strong understanding of healthcare financial and operational metrics
Ability to manage complex, multi-party sales cycles
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic sales skills
