Building and managing relationships with senior decision-makers across the Construction & Real Estate market. Partnering with clients to deliver permanent recruitment solutions. Identifying and engaging top industry talent through headhunting and networking. Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to offer negotiation. Growing your own specialist market and becoming the go-to expert within your sector. Driving new business while developing long-term partnerships with existing clients.

Experience in recruitment or a proven track record in consultative B2B sales. Competitive, ambitious and commercially minded. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
