Position: Account Executive - Infusion Therapy Services
Location: Candidate would ideally be located within an hour of Minneapolis, MN

Role Overview: The Account Executive will be responsible for selling infusion therapy services to clinics specializing in GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatoid Arthritis and others as needed. This role requires a proactive and dedicated individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in the designated regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential business opportunities within the specified medical specialties in the Minneapolis, MN area.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinic decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the infusion therapy landscape, industry trends, and competitor offerings to strategically position our client
- Sales Presentations: Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients, tailoring offerings based on the unique needs of each clinic.
- Feedback Loop: Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback, ensuring that the services provided align with the needs of our client base.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to senior management.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinics to understand the evolving needs of the target market.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, specifically selling into GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinics.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel regularly within the designated territory.
Compensation & Benefits:- Our client offers a competitive $125k-$160k+ Base (Flexible/Negotiable DOE) + Commission Guarantee.
- Income expectation in 1st year is ~$250k-$300k+
