Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams

- Prepare accurate proposals and renewal summaries
- Review documents for accuracy and maintain confidentiality
- Provide high-quality service, including endorsements, certificates, and coverage support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the agency management system
