Account Executive / Sales Entrepreneur

Pay: $130,000–$145,000 base, plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses (significant OTE potential)

Location: Fully remote, with up to 15% travel for meetings and top clients

The Role

As the Account Executive/Sales Entrepreneur, you'll own the entire sales cycle from inception to close. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to define targets, build pipelines, and grow the market. You won't be waiting around for marketing inbound leads — you'll be creating your own destiny by identifying high-value targets, getting past gatekeepers, and closing deals.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. If you succeed, you won't just be an employee — you'll be a cornerstone of the company's commercial engine, with the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt & Close: Aggressively prospect, build, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities in the Class 6, 7, 8 commercial fleet market (ICP is fleets with 50–1,000 tractors)
• Own the Pipeline: Run outbound campaigns (cold calling, personalized emailing, social selling, and networking) to get in front of key decision-makers, including C-suite, VPs, and directors
• Consultative Selling: Master the platform to conduct high-impact, tailored product demonstrations that speak directly to prospects' pain points and business goals
• Feedback Loop: Act as the eyes and ears of the market, synthesizing prospect feedback and collaborating directly with product development to help shape the platform's future roadmap
