About the Company

Our client helps businesses win and deliver government contracts that advance American interests. Its AI platform is a single, secure, workflow-driven system for the full contracting lifecycle — opportunity discovery and capture, proposal execution, award, and post-award operations. In 2025 alone, its customers won more than $5B in government contracts. The team includes engineers from marquee tech and defense companies alongside veteran proposal managers and capture leaders.

The Role

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market government contractors — building relationships with decision-makers who rely on the platform to win and manage contracts at scale. This is a hunter role: run outbound, conduct discovery, demo the platform, and close deals (typically $55K–$130K), then help customers succeed post-close and turn wins into repeatable playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales, with $50K–$150K deal sizes
  • Government-contracting or SaaS sales experience
  • Comfort with a 60-day sales cycle (mid-market timeline)
  • An outbound-hunting mindset — builds their own pipeline
  • On-site in the D.C. area, 4 days per week

  • An understanding of the government-contracting space
  • Knowledge of the current AI landscape
  • Experience with government-contracting software
  • Cares about American interests

  • Uncapped, high-ceiling comp: $240K–$300K OTE at quota on a 50/50 split, uncapped with monthly accelerators
  • Real traction: customers won $5B+ in government contracts in 2025
