  • Lead broker management activities, including quote generation, implementation support, post-sale support, and delivery of profitable client solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource on Group Benefits products, industry trends, and marketplace developments while influencing strategic decisions for clients and internal partners.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools, data analytics, and digital solutions to enhance prospecting, account planning, client engagement, and sales effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Must obtain the required Life and Accident & Health state licenses within the first 3 months of employment, and the Property & Casualty license within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Three or more years of insurance, employee benefits, or consultative sales experience.
  • Strong sales and relationship management with the ability to influence, negotiate, present, and build broker and client partnerships.
  • Strategic problem-solving, financial acumen, and analytical skills with the ability to identify profitable growth opportunities and deliver business results.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% to support in-person broker and client engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor\''s degree or advanced degree.
  • Experience managing a book of business, driving renewals, and executing strategic account plans.
  • Knowledge of the Group Benefits market, including life, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary benefit products.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
