This role offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership teams, manage complex benefit programs, and help organizations navigate today's evolving benefits landscape.Then continue with the remainder of the posting:What You'll DoServe as the primary day-to-day advisor for a portfolio of employee benefits clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendor partnersLead benefit plan renewals, marketing efforts, requests for proposals (RFPs), and strategic planning initiativesPresent renewal strategies, plan recommendations, and compliance updates to client leadership teamsCoordinate benefit implementations, enrollment projects, plan changes, and vendor integrationsAssist clients with claims, billing, administrative, and compliance-related questionsFacilitate stewardship meetings and ongoing service reviewsPartner with Producers to identify growth and cross-selling opportunitiesMentor and support Account Management team members while helping drive service excellenceMaintain accurate client records and activities within the agency management systemWhat We're Looking ForStrong knowledge of employee benefits products, plan design, underwriting concepts, claims, billing, and administrationExperience managing complex client relationships and consulting with executive-level decision-makersUnderstanding of employee benefits regulations, including ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and related compliance requirementsExceptional communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client serviceProficiency with Microsoft Office, Applied EPIC, Employee Navigator, and related technology platformsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredHigh School Diploma/GED with substantial related experience considered6+ years of employee benefits insurance experienceActive Health & Life Insurance License requiredValid driver's license and ability to travel locally as neededWhy Crest?Recognized as one of Arizona's top workplacesCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefitsStrong work-life balance and employee-centric cultureCareer advancement and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to work with sophisticated clients and make a meaningful impactReady to grow your career with one of Arizona's most respected insurance organizations?
