This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional who understands agriculture, banking, or lending and enjoys building strong, long-term relationships.


Type of Position: Full Time Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Flexible
Location: Fargo, ND

Compensation: $80, 000 - $110, 000 DOE + Commission


Position Overview:

• 
  Develop new business and build strong customer relationships
  
• 
  Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
  
• 
  Build relationships with banks, lenders, Farm Credit agencies, and agricultural businesses
  
• 
  Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
  
• 
  Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
  
• 
  Develop a strong sales pipeline and meet sales goals
  
• 
  Work with internal teams to provide a great customer experience
  
• 
  Build long-term relationships and become a trusted partner to customers
  

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• 
  5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise sales
  
• 
  Experience in agriculture, AgTech, banking, lending, or financial services
  
• 
  Strong relationships within the agriculture or banking industries
  
• 
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• 
  Confident and comfortable working with business owners and decision-makers
  
• 
  Entrepreneurial and ambitious
  
• 
  Curious and willing to learn
  
• 
  Persistent and willing to take risks and learn from failure
  
• 
  Genuine and personable with a strong ability to build trust
  
•
