Role Requirements & Territory
- Account Executive position (3rd hire, growth role)
- No specific territory - covers NYC and local areas
- Target markets: schools, event planners, libraries, retail
- Mix of inbound calls (majority) + outbound prospecting
- Looking for someone with initiative and conviction
- Not solely outbound, but willing to create new business
- All in-office position (9-5 hours, Melville location)
- Reports directly to CEO
Compensation & Process
- Base salary: $50-65k (depending on candidate)
- Total comp potential:
- Year 1: up to $85k
- Year 2: up to $130k
- Commission structure: per sale basis
