We’re excited to support a privately held, growth-focused technology services organization in their continued expansion across South Florida. This organization delivers managed IT and cybersecurity solutions to mid-market companies, helping them operate more securely, efficiently, and predictably. As they continue to grow their presence across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Broward County, they are investing in adding a Business Technology Advisor (Account Executive) to their team.


?This is a high-impact, net-new business role designed for someone who thrives in building territory, creating opportunity, and selling at a business level — not just a technical one.


NOTE - this is a remote role based in South Florida (Miami / Fort Lauderdale / Broward County). Candidates MUST be located in that market for full consideration.


About the Role

This is a true hunter position focused on developing new client relationships across the South Florida market. You’ll be engaging with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and business owners — leading conversations around risk, cost control, compliance, and operational performance. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, in a consultative, solutions-based sales environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a net-new pipeline through consistent, structured prospecting
  • Develop relationships with mid-market organizations (75–300 employees)
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with executive-level stakeholders
  • Navigate multi-threaded, committee-based buying processes
  • Manage full sales cycles with typical deal sizes ranging from $75K–$150K+ TCV
  • Apply a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar)
  • Partner internally to deliver tailored managed IT and cybersecurity solutions
  • Consistently forecast, track, and execute against revenue goals


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in net-new business development / hunting roles
  • Experience in software, SaaS, or recurring revenue sales environments (managed services experience is a plus)
  • Track record of selling into mid-market organizations
  • Ability to engage and influence CFOs and executive decision-makers
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles (60–120 days) with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong prospecting discipline and ability to self-generate pipeline
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and process-driven selling


Compensation & Structure

  • Base salary + uncapped commission structure
  • First-year on-target earnings typically in the $120K–$130K+ range
  • Flexibility in compensation structure for proven, high-performing candidates


Additional Position Details

  • Location: Remote, based in South Florida (Miami / Fort Lauderdale / Broward County)
  • Travel: Local travel to client sites as needed
  • Work Environment: High-autonomy, growth-oriented sales culture
