Account Executive - Weekly Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Key Requirements:
  • Must  have experience in staffing / contract labor industry or B2B sales experience 
  • Ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct formal sales presentations and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Use a consultative sales approach to overcome objections and close deals
  • Collaborate with operations to develop pricing, quotes, and bids
  • Track all sales activity in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and pricing
  • Travel locally and work both in the field and in-office
  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Per diem/ expense reimbursement on travel days 

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 40 hours weekly 
  • Some travel required as needed
