AVI Foodsystems is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Contract Foodservice Account Executive to lead business development efforts throughout the Hopewell Junction, NY market. As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in one of the most exciting markets in the country.

This position has a base salary range of 60K to 70K plus commission.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential clients throughout the territory
  • Drive aggressive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and consultative selling
  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
  • Continuously uncover and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Partner closely with operations leaders to create customized solutions and winning proposals
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and business leads
  • Represent AVI Foodsystems with professionalism, integrity, and passion
  • Contribute to our mission, vision, and core values while helping shape the future of our organization

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in Business-to-Business sales and business development
  • Experience in contract food service, vending, office coffee service, hospitality, facilities management, or related industries is preferred
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory
  • Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for winning
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the Virginia/Washington, D.C. market or willingness to relocate to the area
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
