Compensation: $85K - $110K + Bonus

We’re partnering with adesign-focused commercial interiors firm that’s expanding into Des Moines. They're hiring their first local Account Executive—a true hunter—to lead business development in the region.

This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a respected organization and have real autonomy, upside, and impact.

In this role, you’ll:

• Drive new business and grow legacy accounts
• Represent high-end workspace furniture and services
• Lead client relationships through the full sales cycle
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and industry partners
• Own forecasting, pipeline management, and client follow-up

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales success (interiors or design industry a plus)
• Confident in a hunter role with strong relationship-building skills
• Polished communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
