This role is built for a sharp, driven salesperson who knows how to move fast on warm opportunities, seal the deal, and keep clients happy and growing long-term. The right hire will own the full cycle: from first touchpoint to signed client to lasting relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and strategically to maximize conversion rates
- Guide prospects through the sales process with confidence and a consultative approach
- Close new business consistently while maintaining a strong pipeline
Account Growth & Retention
- Manage an active book of accounts with professionalism and a sharp eye for upsell opportunities
- Build relationships that drive referrals, renewals, and long-term revenue
Performance & Pipeline Management
- Track leads, activity, and sales metrics to hit targets consistently
- Juggle multiple accounts and priorities without losing momentum
Qualifications
- Proven ability to convert leads and close deals — you don't let warm leads go cold
- Strong communicator who can build rapport fast and follow through
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning a quota
- Prior experience in sales or account management preferred
