In this role, a team member makes a base salary, plus paid 100% of the fees paid to the agency. The Base is $3,000 per month and earning $5,000 per month, with commissions, is very realistic. Chosen candidates will likely make more. Then, when your renewing business grows beyond your base, we increase that, too! Never have to ask for a raise again!
