Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in staffing sales, business development, or account management.
· Proven success selling IT staffing, professional staffing, or workforce solutions.
· Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
· Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Experience working with enterprise clients, MSPs, or direct clients is a plus.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Stable employment history with consistent career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and grow new client relationships through strategic business development.
· Generate new business opportunities within IT and professional staffing.
· Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through contract execution.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
· Partner with recruiting teams to deliver qualified talent to clients.
· Expand existing client accounts through cross-selling and upselling staffing solutions.
· Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals.
· Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates within the CRM.
