Compensation: $120K–$160K base (flexible based on experience) + commission | OTE $225K+

Our client, a leading home infusion pharmacy, is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive growth in chronic infusion therapy services. If you have a proven track record in infusion sales and a passion for building long-term provider relationships, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly expanding segment of the healthcare industry.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clinics specializing in IVIG, GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology
Build and sustain strong relationships with clinic stakeholders and referral sources
Present tailored solutions that align with each clinic’s unique needs
Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve client alignment
Track sales activity, forecast pipeline, and report progress to senior leadership
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging needs within specialty infusion clinics
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
Demonstrated success selling chronic or IVIG infusion therapy services (home infusion pharmacy or similar service-based setting)
Experience building referral networks with GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology clinics
Service-focused mindset with the ability to develop long-term provider relationships
Pharmaceutical-only sales experience will not be considered
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
