What You Will Do

• Drive sales initiatives to acquire new clients in the biopharma and genomics sectors.
• Utilize HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of the company's offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and relationship building.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to inform future developments.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Strong proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred

• Experience selling to biopharma or genomics companies, with a solid understanding of their unique challenges and needs.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in the healthcare industry.

Compensation and Benefits
