Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with leadership to introduce Dimond Bros. processes and programs to new partner agencies
- Manage client service during integrations, including marketing, renewals, proposals, and client communication
- Build strong relationships with incoming employees and support training and transition efforts (typically 3–6 months per partnership)
- Adapt to evolving integration needs, often supporting multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Provide support to internal teams with standard account services when integrations are not active
