Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 base + uncapped commission; $30K-$40K initial equity grant

The client is an AI-first platform for customer onboarding, professional services and post-sales delivery, unifying project management, resource tracking and financial operations for SaaS and services teams. Customers include Clari, Zenoti and Icertis.

Founded in 2020, the client has 300+ people, revenue above $20M and recently raised $60M (Series C) from Insight Partners. New business grew 3x last year and average contract value has doubled to about $75K as it moves upmarket.

The Role

The client is hiring Mid-Market Account Executives (3-5 years) to run full-cycle, six-figure sales motions into implementation and professional services teams.

What You Will Do

• Run full-cycle sales with 6+ month cycles and six-figure deal sizes.
• Run POCs for AI-based solutions independently.
• Sell into implementation and professional services leaders.
• Work a balanced, graded territory with a strong top-down referral pipeline from the investor portfolio.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years as a full-cycle closer of six-figure deals
• Implementation or professional services domain experience (the top priority)
• AI and agentic fluency
• High-agency background at a high-growth company with product-market fit

Nice to Have

• Founding-AE or zero-to-one sales experience
