The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Account Executive to represent our independent channel across the Midwest region, one of Spring Footwear’s most dynamic territories.
Your mission: Build upon this momentum while unlocking growth in emerging states, and expand brand reach into untapped areas and channel.
You’ll partner closely with independent retailers - family shoe stores, comfort shops, uniform stores, and fashion boutiques - to shape assortments, elevate merchandising, and strengthen brand presence.
This role reports directly to the National Sales Manager.
