Account Executive – HR Technology & SaaS Sales

Hybrid | Direct Hire | $100K Base + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business development within an assigned territory
  • Prospect, build, and manage relationships with companies ranging from mid-sized to enterprise-level organizations
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings with executive and C-suite decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and in-person client engagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and implementation handoff
  • Maintain expertise in the organization’s software solutions and product offerings
  • Travel locally within territory with occasional overnight travel as needed

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and highly driven personality
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance sales culture
