About the Role
A growing marketing measurement software company is hiring its next Account Executive to help scale revenue for an all-in-one attribution and marketing analytics platform. This is a high ownership role on a lean team where you will run full-cycle mid-market deals, help shape how the company sells, and work closely with product to bring real customer insight into roadmap decisions.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 4 years of total B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 1 to 2 years of quota-carrying closing experience in the 10k to 100k ACV range. You thrive in an early stage environment, can generate your own pipeline, and speak credibly about attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing measurement. If you need a defined playbook and structured enablement to perform at your best, this role is not the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Close full-cycle mid-market deals with contract values in the 15k to 50k ACV range, managing 1 to 3 month sales cycles from first conversation through signed agreement
2. Generate and qualify your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and by building referral relationships with marketing agency partners
3. Advise prospects and customers on attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing measurement in a way that builds genuine credibility
4. Move into larger deal sizes (50k to 100k and above) as you ramp, complementing the existing team's strengths
5. Bring structured customer and market insight back to the product team to inform roadmap priorities and positioning
6. Represent the company in a competitive market, maintaining high standards for activity, pipeline quality, and quota attainment
Required Skills & Experience- 3 to 4 years of total B2B SaaS sales experience, with 1 to 2 years of quota-carrying closing experience
- Documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota on mid-market deals in the 10k to 100k ACV range
- Experience selling technical products in MarTech, analytics, or performance marketing
- Ability to speak credibly about attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing measurement
- Based in New York City and able to work in-office five days per week
- High agency and comfort operating in a lean, early-stage environment without formal training or defined playbooks
Preferred Skills- Background in digital or performance marketing, either at an agency or in-house, with hands on understanding of paid acquisition
- Experience at an early-stage company (under 50 employees) running full-cycle sales including outbound pipeline generation
- Familiarity selling to VPs of Marketing or Growth at consumer brands
- Experience collaborating with marketing agency partners to develop referral pipeline
