What You Will Do
Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients in the marketing and eCommerce sectors.
Utilize Amplitude and MongoDB to analyze client needs and tailor solutions that meet their marketing measurement goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Background
3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the data, marketing, or ad tech industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong proficiency with Amplitude and MongoDB, with the ability to leverage these tools for client success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the marketing technology or eCommerce space.
Familiarity with data analytics and marketing measurement strategies.
Previous experience in a venture-backed startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $130K, complemented by equity options between 0.15% and 0.25%. Our client offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
