About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to help businesses streamline their payroll and HR operations while building a rewarding career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Research prospective organizations to understand their payroll and HR needs and identify opportunities to provide solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client challenges and goals.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing objections and providing consultative recommendations.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a quota-driven B2B sales environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
