What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Generate and build outbound pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship development
- Conduct discovery conversations focused on uncovering business needs and identifying solutions
- Manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles professionally and confidently
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Account Management
- Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline within CRM tools
- Develop long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving revenue goals
- Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape the organization’s continued growth and go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing business
- Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills
- Naturally curious and consultative communication style
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly accountable
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision makers
- Ability to adapt within a fast-moving, evolving environment
